What’s included in your managed IT service plans?
We develop a unique plan for each client so you don’t pay for more than you need. However, our core security products like Ransomware Protection, Antivirus, Remote Access, Software Management, and Help Desk support comes standard for every client and device.
How does outsourcing IT compare to hiring in-house?
Companies of all sizes see many benefits to hiring a MSP (Managed Service Provider) rather than filling an IT support role in-house;
- Support: A business will need an individual that is well-versed in computer hardware, operating systems, network administration, software, IT troubleshooting, server administration, and commonly Microsoft software suite. Yes! “Travel” is in our name because we’re ready to deploy on-site quickly in the event that there are issues that can’t be resolved remotely. Relying on a purely remote solution provider puts pressure on your users, office managers, and business owners to spend productive time on the phone with support, unplugging cables and holding down power buttons. With a remote-only solution, you’re only paying for partial support.

How quickly can you respond to a support request?
We have developed a platform that allows us to rapidly respond to all reactive tickets; Most tickets are resolved same-day, but in the event of network, server, or workstation outages, we promise an eyes-on response within 15 minutes.
