How does proactive monitoring reduce downtime for my business?

While it’s impossible to eliminate 100% of reactive (disruptive) tickets, “proactive” is the name of our game.  We have an amazing software suite that allows us to monitor your systems and networks for many different parameters, and stay ahead of potential issues before they become disruptive / reactive.  A few of the ways we accomplish this:

  • Monitor resource usage of all systems; this can give us great insight on hardware performance, and flag issues before they become disruptive failures.
  • Maintain operating systems with the latest patches and updates, to make sure all computers are securely patched and updated.  This also involves RESTRICTING updates in the event that Microsoft has missed the ball and patches cause more problems than they help.
  • Monitor system warranties and service tags, especially servers- we make sure warranties are updated and maintained, and all systems stay current.
  • Operating systems- make sure all computers are on current operating system versions, and monitor for end-of-life hardware like we’ve seen recently with Windows 10.

Yes! Our support is unlimited.  If a tech is needed on-site every day, you’ll have one on-site every day.  Note that this would indicate a larger problem, which we would then identify and fix.. 

Yes; our Per User pricing model is adjusted as your business changes.  While we love to see our clients’ businesses grow, we also understand when they shrink.  Our pricing model is NOT high water mark; you are only billed for the users you actively need support for, which is reevaluated every single month.
